Our methods are entirely process driven using the latest information systems and communication techniques. By arrangement clients often use our company name when advertising for specific appointments conveying a powerful message to applicants, clients and competitors. We recommend that all candidates are made aware that they will be the subject of in-depth screening, should their application be successful. Screening normally occurs at short-list stage, however, it can be arranged at any stage to suit your requirements.

All our enquiries are sensitively conducted following strict guidelines. All our enquiries are carefully documented we retain a copy of every response, signed and dated at source, for inspection. At no stage during the process do we divulge the identity of our client, nor do we execute screening without the consent of the candidate.
